Pinnacle Executive Steering Committee

Pinnacle governance includes leadership from across the university to ensure all perspectives are included in decision-making. The Pinnacle Executive Steering Committee includes the Executive Champion, Program Sponsor, and Executive Committee members.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the steering committee:

  • Understand the full Pinnacle Program
  • Champion Pinnacle efforts in the University Community
  • Inform strategy and vision, and issues with a high impact to the stakeholder community

Decision Making

  • Decide strategy and vision
  • Decide escalated high-priority issues, regardless of scope of impact
  • Decide changes to scope, budget and policies

Membership

The Pinnacle Executive Champion and Pinnacle Program Sponsor shapes the program vision and goals in alignment with other university initiatives, secures senior leadership alignment with vision, and finalizes key decisions.

The Pinnacle Executive Committee is the governing body during the implementation of Pinnacle. Members of the committee are:
