In January, we shared the exciting news about the upcoming upgrade of ServiceNow to Vancouver. This upgrade to Stanford’s service management and support platform significantly enhances the fulfiller and client support experience, making our work more efficient and streamlined. The latest iteration, which introduced new features and changes to the workspace, was successfully deployed on April 27.
These features and changes include:
- Interaction records replacing call records
- An updated look to the chat functionality
- Dashboards (see below)
- And more.
Homepages and Dashboards
The latest version of ServiceNow no longer supports homepage functionality. All group home pages should have been converted to dashboards last week. If you were using a homepage prior to the upgrade and no longer have access to it, please submit a ticket to http://uitsnowops.stanford.edu/ with the following:
- Name of the homepage
- The homepage creator
The team will follow up with you to be sure your homepage has been converted.
