More information will be provided closer to the launch date, keeping you informed on all things Vancouver.

Feature updates

The target deployment date for Vancouver is Saturday, April 27. This update will introduce new features and changes to the workspace, enhancing the fulfiller and client support experience.

  • Agent Chat will replace the Live Chat functionality currently used by Stanford University IT, Student Services, and Office of Development service desks.

More resources highlighting the new features and updated workspace will be available soon on the ServiceNow homepage, including the following:

  • Detailed documentation for Agent Chat and Interaction records.
  • Open house sessions where users can come for a demo and ask questions before and after the launch.
