2024 IT Client Satisfaction Survey

Learning how you experience the university’s technology services is important to us.

Beginning Feb. 13, Stanford faculty, staff, postdocs, and students are invited to participate in the 2024 IT Client Satisfaction Survey, sponsored and operated by the CIO Council. All survey responses will remain confidential. 

  • Please take 10 to 15 minutes to complete the survey.
  • Upon completion, you will have the option to enter into a raffle to win one of 25 Stanford Grab Bags, with prizes valued up to $100.
  • The survey will close Friday, Feb. 27 at midnight (PST).

After Feb. 13, check your inbox for an email from Qualtrics to access the survey.

As the technology landscape at our university has continued to evolve in recent years, you have likely developed new ways of working with our IT services. We are dedicated to gaining deeper insights about your technology needs to enhance our services and ensure you have the best possible experience. In fact, UIT and our partners across campus have been mapping much of our IT goals and progress against the feedback you provided in the last survey we sent in 2022. 

Your input is highly valued, and we appreciate your time in providing feedback. In a few months, we will share the aggregated and anonymized results with the Stanford community.
