    Advocating for yourself means asking for what you need while respecting the needs of others. It is also the action of representing yourself or your views and interests. During this 90-minute interactive workshop, we will share general tips and strategies for self-advocacy, specifically focusing on those times when self-advocacy is particularly valuable.
