Axess improvements are right around the corner. Get ready for a more modern, responsive, and intuitive Axess experience starting Tuesday, Aug. 9.
Axess will be offline between 5 p.m. PDT Friday, Aug. 5 and 8 a.m. PDT Tuesday, Aug. 9 while University IT rolls out the updates.
Videos and additional information are available on the Axess Refresh project site to show what’s new and help prepare Stanford community members for the changes. No extra steps are needed for most Axess users to prepare. Simply log in after the update and enjoy the improvements!
The portal changes will generally have little or no impact on the majority of broadly-used functions in Axess, such as Timecard for employees, which will remain unchanged.
Once the updates are implemented, you can expect a modern look and feel, intuitive navigation, improved search capability, and personalized features based on who you are and what you need.
