ServiceNow Upgrade to Xanadu Scheduled March 25

On March 25, ServiceNow will upgrade to the latest version, Xanadu, to optimize technical functionality and meet compliance standards. Running the latest version ensures that University IT (UIT) continues to provide the Stanford community with the best support possible. 

As this is a technical upgrade, it should not impact the look or feel of the platform. However, if you experience an issue after the upgrade, please submit a Help request.

ServiceNow mobile application

In addition to the launch of Xanadu, ServiceNow offers a mobile agent application, ServiceNow Agent, for fulfillers (primarily Computer Resource Consulting and UIT Service Desk staff.) The application will launch alongside the Xanadu update and be available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Note: The mobile app has limited functionality; therefore, UIT recommends the community continue using the main Stanford ServiceNow platform.
