Earlier this month, we shared news about the upcoming ServiceNow upgrade to Zurich. This upgrade enhances technical performance, meets compliance requirements, and helps University IT (UIT) continue to provide reliable support to the Stanford community.
We’re pleased to announce that the Zurich release was successfully deployed on Feb. 26. Because Zurich is primarily a technical upgrade, users should not notice changes to the platform’s look or feel.
