Did you know that while the majority of employees see themselves as allies, research shows relatively few are taking basic allyship actions? Lean In's Allyship at Work program helps you create change and teaches you more than 50 specific, research-backed actions you can take to show up as an ally in the worksplace.

This program is  led by Stanford facilitators and open to everyone in the IT Community at Stanford.

How it Works

Participation in Allyship at Work includes:

  • A series of three 2-hour virtual workshops.
  • One 1-hour wrap-up session.
  • (Optional) Meeting in small groups after the workshops, to provide accountability and support as you put what you’ve learned into practice.

For those participating:

  • There is no cost to participate.
  • Workshops will be offered three times a year.

Your registration includes attendance at all four sessions within that series.

Registration is limited to 40 participants per workshop series. If a workshop is full, you can request to be added to a waitlist.

Fall Workshop Series (Virtual)

Registration includes all four virtual sessions.

  • Oct. 8 | 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
  • Oct. 15 | 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
  • Oct. 22 | 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
  • Oct. 27 | 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
