In February, we announced the upcoming upgrade of ServiceNow to Xanadu. This upgrade optimizes technical functionality, meets compliance standards, and ensures that University IT (UIT) continues to provide the Stanford community with the best support possible. The latest iteration was successfully deployed on March 28.
Xanadu is a technical upgrade and should not have impacted the platform's look or feel. However, if you experience an issue since the upgrade, please submit a Help request.
ServiceNow mobile application
In addition to the launch of Xanadu, ServiceNow offers a mobile agent application, ServiceNow Agent, for fulfillers (primarily Computer Resource Consulting and UIT Service Desk staff). The application launched alongside Xanadu and is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Note: The mobile app has limited functionality; therefore, UIT recommends the community continue using the main Stanford ServiceNow platform.
