2026 IT Client Satisfaction Survey
Learning how you experience the university’s technology services is important to us.
Beginning Feb. 10, 2026, Stanford faculty, staff, postdocs, and students are invited to participate in the 2026 IT Client Satisfaction Survey, sponsored and operated by the CIO Council. All survey responses will remain confidential.
- Please take about 10 minutes to complete the survey.
- Upon completion, you will have the option to enter into a raffle for a chance to win Apple AirPods (Pro 3) or Powerbeats (Pro 2) wireless earbuds.
- The survey will close Tuesday, Feb. 24, at midnight (PST).
To access the survey, check your inbox for an email from Qualtrics (sent Feb. 10). If you don’t see it, please check your Spam/Junk folder—it may have been filtered there.
The initial survey email invitation (sent Feb. 10, 2026) was sent on behalf of the Stanford CIO Council and included instructions and a personalized link to access the Qualtrics survey.
Click the "Take the survey" link, or copy and paste the personalized URL into your browser. If you start the survey but do not complete the survey, your progress will be saved so you can come back later to finish where you left off. Remember to complete your survey by Tuesday, Feb. 24, at midnight.
All survey responses will remain confidential.
