2026 IT Client Satisfaction Survey

The 2026 IT Client Satisfaction Survey has concluded. We want to thank you for participating in this survey. Your insights regarding your technology needs are invaluable and will help us enhance your experience. Please check back in a few months to access the reporting that will share the survey results, findings, and insights.

With this survey, the CIO Council set out to measure current client satisfaction with Stanford IT among undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and staff. We use this feedback to prioritize our funding requests and focus our efforts on tackling technology-based challenges directly.

In the spirit of transparency and continuous improvement, the CIO Council is pleased to provide the aggregated and anonymized survey results with our Stanford community, and particularly our distributed IT community. Browse the executive summary or full report below.
