To support Autism Acceptance Month, the Neurodiversity in IT Program group, which is part of IDEAL IT, will host an event focused on supporting allyship and neurodiversity recruitment, retention, and strategies for creating more inclusive work environments. We aim to create a safe and inclusive space for all attendees, including those who may be neurodiverse or from marginalized groups.
