This new opportunity — open to all 1,500+ staff members in the Stanford IT Community — evolves an existing mentoring program initially designed for University IT staff into an even more robust offering. It also reflects a vision of the CIO Council that emphasizes talent development as part of the overarching vision for IT at Stanford.

Keep an eye out after winter closure for communications announcing the start of the application period. Until then, please spread the word to your colleagues and teams and encourage participation as part of their ongoing professional development and growth.
