The Stanford IT community is delighted to extend a warm welcome to the 11th group of interns who have joined us for the Year Up Internship Program! Year Up ensures that young adults of diverse backgrounds acquire the necessary skills and experiences to unlock their potential and pursue success through careers and higher education. This year holds special importance as it introduces the largest cohort to date, consisting of 27 talented new interns.

Year Up is a nationwide initiative dedicated to bridging the opportunity gap. Through a six-month journey, students engage in comprehensive learning and training in career fields including IT help desk, desktop support, data analytics, app development, and project management.

Following their track completion, interns increase their likelihood of securing roles in various organizations, including prestigious placements such as Stanford. Our partnership with Year Up grants an additional six-month period for interns to develop practical skills in the workforce.
