Apply to Participate in the Next STLP Cohort
Nominations for the next cohort of the Stanford Technology Leadership Program (STLP) are due March 6, 2023. Managers can nominate members of their staff. Staff members can also self-nominate for the program. The program is especially helpful for individual contributors and new and/or early-career IT managers.
About STLP
Started in 2010, STLP is designed to support the individual growth of current or aspiring IT leaders at Stanford and develop an IT community at Stanford that can work more effectively across organizations to deliver the information technology our university needs to achieve its mission.
The program consists of five two-day workshops with guest speakers, individual coaching, and opportunities to collaborate on small projects that work together on strategy and problem-solving.
A recent graduate of the program described how valuable they found the program, citing opportunities to “network with staff across Stanford IT, develop communication and collaboration skills, and increase understanding of the technical aspect of university/ school directions” as key benefits.
