Stanford Research Computing, Stanford University Libraries, Lane Medical Libraries, and various other groups on campus have been collaborating to identify existing services, gaps and pain points using the research data lifecycle as a framework for the discussion. This session convenes these IT staff who touch research data in some way to create a consolidated mapping of existing services (both central and departmental) and work on drafting a set of research data best practices where policies are not easily translatable to day to day work.
