- test a prototype communication tool with both a control group of administrators and
- include taking the pulse of Stanford students and Faculty and visitors in terms of Stanford software app solutions
-create a student research project to investigate, design and implement how to keep the pulse of staff, faculty, students in terms of software applications and support for those applications
