Sharing Experiences:
- ITS is starting to offer a video conference/video filming service.
- Used video recording for training purpose. – want easy tools to edit recorded videos
- Language lab in Meyer library – record 100 presentations every year (Purpose: train students to work and live in other countries)
· Use capture cart – simple system (use quick time to record; table of wheels, camcorder fire wired to laptop – faculty friend system to capture)
· Future: video editing will be done online with cloud computing.
- iMovie for video editing - sync an audio track.
o Option to export to YouTube directly.
- Tech training offers class on how to edit videos on YouTube.
