Quick Tips/Discussion about Agile
some have had success with rolling out scrum slowly (add stand ups first, then something else, SWS added story points last)
track time diligently to get meaningful metrics (esp if you're making project budget estimates per story point)
modular development aligns with Agile practices
avoid process heavy implementations
direct communication is key
focus on reviewing and revising process, some questions we hit on:
how long are your sprints? 1-3 weeks from our crowd.
do you have a dedicated scrum master or a rotating scrum master?
when and how do you integrate your QA?
