Similar to IT Unconference, but on a monthly basis.
IT Campus Leaders – Discuss, and people vote on the topics to expand on and pursue solutions and get more people involved
 Envisioned Format
Elected board of directors, to schedule guest lectures and lead meetingsVision Statement(?);  meet to share ideas, identify problems and work together to form solutions.
Identify challenges and problem areas
Brainstorm to identify solutions
Discussions & Lectures from guest speakers
Put ideas into practice
Strength, community of professionals of various groups and disciplines. Collectively we should be able to focus on multiple topics (networking, ipsec, encryption, etc.)

Governance
Informal vs Formal? Do we need elected officials? We need a balance between the two
Elected club members assigned duties such as, president, treasurer, vice president
Separate Communities of Practice
Charters for each individual COP used to keep track
Manage social networking component to 
Project management – objective oriented approach to guiding Big Ideas from conceptualization through to completion
Funding Sources
Strategic Partners Group is a group of CIO/CTO etc. who meets to discuss ideas and seeks funding from the school to put them into practice.
Kickstarter/Indiegogo for funding
Food = Attendance
Take turns paying for events

Website Marketing visibility on the web, ability to subscribe to the mailing list
BlueJeans a block of time for a topic attendees are interested in collaborating on
