Summary
Robotic Process Automation is a class of software tools to aid in the automation of repetitive
"non-value add" tasks using existing software systems. Proof of Concept use cases we have implemented range from simple task like periodic Excel file creation to automating swivel chair task moving data from one system to another. I'd like lead a session to do a discuss these use cases and possible benefits to departments.

Notes
Attended by about 11, presented:
- What RPA / UIPath is.
- Did a demo of an existing bot to swivel chair data from one system to another with some processing along the way.
- Original motivation and subsequent proof of concepts.
- Relayed experiences with UIPath as a power users productivity tool.
- Mentioned some possible barriers to adoption
- There seems to be some interest so I hope to get a mailing list going or a CoP.
