The Gift of Feedback: 2020 IT Client Satisfaction Survey Results Now Available

Chart showing overall satisfaction with IT at Stanford

In case you missed it, you now have access to the 2020 IT Client Satisfaction Survey results, which include feedback from more than 8,500 fellow community members, including 600 faculty, 3,500 students, and 4,400 staff.

Distributed in February, the survey marks the first time the CIO Council ever asked the entire Stanford community – about 37,000 invites were sent – about their IT experience.

The results – including an executive summary and a full 150-plus page report – are now available for review, reflection, and ultimately action as we collectively work to deliver even better IT services and support.  You can find results, and more information about the survey, on this IT Community webpage.

If you want to dig into more detailed results, including verbatim comments on particular topics, reach out to your CIO Council member, who has access to those reports.
