IT EDP: Now Accepting Applications

You can now apply for a chance to broaden skills and expertise within and across Stanford IT with the IT Experiential Development Program (IT EDP).

If you’re looking for a professional growth opportunity that doesn’t require a large time commitment, IT EDP may be for you. Check out the first program offerings (provided virtually):

  • Go and See: Participants spend two to eight hours observing a role, team, unit, project, or meeting.
  • Job Shadow: Participants spend four hours to two days observing a role in another team or unit.

When completely rolled out, IT EDP will provide a spectrum of experiential developmental opportunities, representing a progression of commitment, complexity, support, and formality.
