IT Mentoring Program Kicks Off This Month
The 2025 IT Mentoring Program kicks off on February 18. This cohort features staff members and Year Up interns working to advance their career and professional goals. IT Experiential Development Program Seeks Hosts
The IT Experiential Development Program (IT EDP) is looking for hosts to offer valuable learning experiences to fellow Stanford staff and Year Up Interns. This is a great opportunity to help others explore IT roles, teams, and projects while contributing to the growth of our IT community.
What is IT EDP?
The IT EDP is designed to create opportunities for staff to gain exposure and experience through three types of development pathways:
- Learn: Host an informational conversation with someone curious about your role or team.
- See: Invite someone to observe a meeting, project discussion, or team session.
- Do: Offer a short-term development assignment, providing hands-on experience while employees maintain their current job duties.
Why host?
By becoming a host, you’ll foster growth and development within the IT community, share your expertise, and provide meaningful opportunities for your colleagues to learn, observe, and contribute.
