Staff Lunch and Learns

Our 90-minute "lunch and learn" educational sessions spread awareness about neurodiversity in the workplace, and the Neurodiversity in IT program.

These sessions have already reached hundreds of staff members across the university and we also host events linked to Autism Awareness Month, including a film screening of Intelligent Lives and a panel discussion called Conversations with Extraordinary Leaders in Neurodiversity.

Learning objectives of the sessions include:

• Basic awareness of neurodiversity and autism
• Understanding of autistic traits with workplace relevance
• Tips for enabling autistic colleagues to be effective in the workplace
