Submit STLP Cohort Nominations by March 6

Nominations for the next cohort of the Stanford Technology Leadership Program (STLP) are due March 6, 2023. Managers can nominate members of their staff. Staff members can also self-nominate for the program. The program is especially helpful for individual contributors and new and/or early-career IT managers. To nominate yourself or someone else for participation, submit this nomination form.

My Black History: Incomplete, Yet Optimistic

Eric Abrams, chief inclusion officer for Stanford’s Graduate School of Education, was the featured speaker for POC-IT’s Black History Month event held Feb.15, 2022. During his talk, he expressed hope that everyone would leave the event feeling both curiosity about Black history and optimism about the American experiment itself, admitting that optimism can be very hard to come by these days.
